[CP2K:4459] cp2k on SGI Altix ICE with mpt

Thanks Alin.  Unfortunately it looks a lot like my arch file, so there's no
obvious
change for me to try.  I wonder if they introduced a bug (I have access to
mpt 2.06 and 2.07),
or maybe it's a different code path.  I've definitely had long CP2K runs on
this machine that
didn't crash this way.
