g95 runtime errors

Howdy Teo. It seems like you and Ondrej were correct. I couldn't run
the executable that you sent (it refused to unzip), but I went back to
the g95 website and downloaded the latest snapshot (I had been using
the latest stable snapshot). Now CP2K is up and running and all the
regtests seem to be going fine.

Curiously, I noticed that compiling LAPACK with g95 seems to require
removing the -O3 and -funroll-loops flags in order to successfully
finish. Well, optimization isn't a big issue for me at the moment
since I'm not doing (nor have any intention of doing here) production
level runs, but I still found it odd.

Thanks again!

                                                      Cheers, Matt
