[CP2K-user] [CP2K:19190] Generating html documentation

The older

cp2k --html

doesn't work and the suggested 'convert xml using xml2html' is a dead end 
because xml2html seems to have been abandoned.

xml2 + 2html produced garbage.

How can one generate html documentation with current versions?
