[CP2K-user] problem with version of GNU Fortran

I decided to remove and re-install elpa.
and I get a new error.

It says that
checking whether we can link a program with a blas lib... no
configure: error: could not link with blas: specify path

but I already specified path of libblas.a
Is there an another way?
