Thank you so much for your reply. using
 
mpifort -showme 

again, I‌ got 

No underlying compiler was specified in the wrapper compiler data file
(e.g., mpicc-wrapper-data.txt)

actually I think the problem is related to the installation of another 
program package with openmpi-3.1.3 and setting path in the bashrc file as 
follows:

export PATH=/usr/local/share/openmpi/bin:$PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/share/openmpi/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

do you have any suggestion?
