[CP2K-user] How to install the cp2k_shell executable?

ASE expects that cp2k_shell is installed.
The FreeBSD port installs cp2k-6.1 with only one executable.
The Arch Linux port does the same. (see
here https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=cp2k-bin)
'make install' also suggests that there is only one executable: The CP2K
executable is
/usr/ports/science/cp2k/work/cp2k-6.1/exe/FreeBSD-libint-gfortran/cp2k.ssmp
Where does cp2k_shell normally come from? Is it reasonable that ASE expects
it?
Thanks,
Yuri
