Chimera plugins for Tetr and Lev00

Hi all,

Just wanted to draw your attention to a couple of new tools that we have made available that work with CP2K.  TETR is for setting up the system geometry, and LEV00 is a post-processing tool for charge and spin densities among other things.

Both of these have been coupled with the Chimera visualisation tool, and work nicely with CP2K.
