nmr spectrum

Dear all

I apologies if my question is not striclty related to cp2k but since I am 
not expert I am a bit lost and I think this can be useful for other users 
as well.

I calculated the nmr tensor of a non periodic system. 
How can I plot the nmr spectrum?
