How to analyze the *.out file ?

Hello everyone,
I am a beginner with CP2K,  and I don't major in physics. The *.out  file 
seems pretty confusing for me. Part of the *.out file is easy to 
understand, but sometimes the exact meaning of the whole file is 
not specific. So I want to know is there some datum about the analysis of 
the *.out file? Or in the tutorial of official website ?
