[CP2K:8241] Random number seed for Langevin MD

Dear Matthias,

I tried (svn 17489) the new &SUBSYS&SEED keyword with 1 and 6 integers and 
the streams were correctly initialized according to the values given. The 
dynamics of my test simulations are now free of correlations.
