LIBXSMM 1.2 released

LIBXSMM 1.4 has been released: 
https://github.com/hfp/libxsmm/releases/tag/1.4 (as usual, this URL [scroll 
down] will itemize the CHANGES and FIXES).

The CP2K installer script (trunk/master!) will take this version by default 
when running 'install_cp2k_toolchain.sh' (and adding '--with-libxsmm'). 
Thanks go to the CP2K Developers Group (Lianheng) for referring to version 
1.4!
