[CP2K:7200] Missing file on Compiling the trunk of 2015-11-30 ?

Hi

I think there were some changes to LIBXC interface in CP2K recently. You
will need to add "-I$(LIBXC)/include" into the FCFLAGS of your arch file,
where LIBXC is the root directory of the your LIBXC code.
