Metadynamics Questions: COLVARs yielding unexpected values.

I ran the restart file directly last night, figuring it might work. For the 
benefit of the mailing list and future readers, I will confirm that 
restarting with the restart file using './cp2k -read_restart xxx.restart' 
works just fine. The numbering of MD steps is consistent and the number of 
and location of hills is preserved.
