Nodes are going to AU state after running job with GPU card

Only some parts of CP2K are accelerated via GPUs. This are matrix 
multiplications and fft's. Both parts require compiler flags in order of 
them to be accelerated by GPU. To my knowledge no temporary files are 
generated.
