Nodes are going to AU state after running job with GPU card

Hi Samuel, 
I have also a curiosity to know what is going out of memory.I can't figure 
out these things. Please can you tell me how cp2k works with GPU card ? It 
will be very helpful for me. Is there any temporary file generates during 
cp2k run which disturbs the swap memory ?
