Also, is the AD_LANGEVIN thermostat type in MOTION/MD/THERMOSTAT something 
that got implemented very recently?
This thing screams that the keyword is invalid, but works with NOSE. Except 
that NOSE is a generally crappy choice for a small ensemble...
