updation of cp2k

Hi Riping,

In the next Fedora release (which is 18), "cp2k" package is already updated 
to 2.3. However, the older Fedora users still have to enjoy 2.1.

If you are so desperate about the updated package, write to someone of  the 
CP2K maintainers for Fedora (http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/cp2k.git). 
But I would rather try to compile by your self (as majority of CP2K users 
do), since the distro packages are, by default, complied with modest 
optimization, so the executable wouldn't be as fast as it could.
