SVN update not working?

Dear all,

I see in the online manual that trunk is at version 12506. However, when I 
update the source with "svn update", it updates only to version 12494. 
Also, if I click on the link in the online manual that usually lists the 
changes applied recently, it says:

Is there a problem with the svn repository?
