Well.. in this case 3GB are more than enough!! I would suggest you to
check the mailing list of g95 (groups.google.com/group/g95).. I
remember of few threads talking about high memory usage on cygwin of
g95.
If I'm not wrong is some sort of setting in windows/cygwin.. but
again better you check there..
