Is there a way to calculate the ion-clamped dielectric constant using cp2k, like what is done in Vasp(https://www.vasp.at/wiki/index.php/Dielectric_properties_of_SiC) ? Vasp utilizes the Density Functional Perturbation Theory to get the dielectric tensor. I am wondering whether cp2k could do the same thing.
