<div>Dear all,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>In Linux-x86-64-g95.sopt file, could you tell me which version you are using:</div>
<div> </div>
<div>1). GotoBLAS</div>
<div>2). Lapack</div>
<div>3). g95</div>
<div>4). gcc</div>
<div>5). and any cautions on libinit and stdc++ and pthread?</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I ever successfully compiled cp2k.sopt by Lapack-3.1.1 and BLAS and G95 [Linux x86_64/EMT64 (32 bit D.I.), version: 0.9).And moreover I have seen the tests are running correctly in 50 MD steps (QuickStep) for liquid water with 32 molecules and 5000 MD steps for water monomer. But when I turn to GotoBLAS, I failed to compile. By another kind of G95 [Linux x86_64/EMT64 (64 bit D.I.)], I was able to compile Lapack.3.1.1 linked with GotoBLAS-1.06. Then by using compiled Lapack and the 32 bit g95(which is politically wrong according to cp2k web), I can compile cp2k but failed to test in ./cp2k/tests/H2O.inp.</div>

<div>Thanks</div>
<div>Sincerely, Yunfeng </div>
