This will be hard to answer without seeing the actual input/restart file. 
But if I had to guess the job terminated while the restart file was being 
written leading to an incomplete restart file. If you have the restart file 
from your first run you can compare the file size and/or number of lines. 
If this is what has happened you can avoid this issue by adding 'WALLTIME 
19:50:00' to the global section in CP2K with 10 minutes less than the 
walltime of your job it will have plenty of time to write the files it 
needs to before cleanly terminating.
