[CP2K-user] [CP2K:21820] Unusable FFTW?

Hello, 
  I am trying to build on a Cray that is running Sles15 (sp6).  My build 
keeps generating errors that make no sense.  I just turned off ELPA with 
similar issues, but can not turn off the HPE (Cray) provided FFTW.  The 
build knows wher the include files are (below) but still says they can not 
find them.  Thanks for any insight.
