Hi Rubee,

I don't think you can directly add two cube files. But the cubecruncher 
supports multiplication. So the two following commands add two cube files:
cubecruncher.x -i b.cube -multiply -1 -o minus_b.cube
cubecruncher.x -i  a.cube -subtract minus_b.cube -o a_plus_b.cube 
rm  minus_b.cube
