I don't know how you install, but if you have problems wit LIBXC and don't 
need it, you can deactivate it:

A) using cmake:
cmake -DCP2K_USE_LIBXC=OFF

 
B) using the toolchain
   ./install_cp2k_toolchain.sh   --with-libxc=off

If you want more help you will need to provide more information (setup, 
error message).
