[CP2K-user] [CP2K:20436] unlimited stackszise leads to timeouts

I am running cp2k on a cluster (gcc 12.2, openmpi 4.1.5) and if I set:
ulimit -s unlimited
several tests are giving a timeout (e.g. dbt_tas_unittest, dbt_unittest, 
...).

Removing this setting and they finish in less then 3 seconds.
