[CP2K-user] [CP2K:20087] Compiling cp2k+OMEN in docker

I tried to install cp2k+OMEN in a container, and I used the dockerfile on 
github to build cp2k. Now I finished building cp2k, and the tests are fine, 
but I can't find the libraries needed by cp2k in tool/toolchain/ as in a 
local build process, and the arch/ dir is missing. So this make me 
confused. Is there a recommended way to compile cp2k+OMEN in a container?
