[CP2K-user] [CP2K:19139] Problems regarding visualisation of energy density cube file in VMD

Hello everyone,
I am trying to plot the energy density cube file of an ionic liquid
adsorbed on a periodic platinum surface in VMD. However, when selecting the
isosurface method, the surface and box shows plots all throughout the box,
except the main interface part of platinum atoms and ionic liquid atoms. I
am unable to figure out the issue. Kindly help me with this. The file is
too big to attach here. Please let me know if I can attach the file
elsewhere.
