[CP2K-user] [CP2K:19194] Error using cp2k/cp2k docker image

Did you build the cp2k binaries using the toolchain? If yes, you have to source the setup script in cp2k/tools/toolchain/install each time before running cp2k as noted during the toolchain installation.
Otherwise, you can try to add the paths to the installation folders to LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
