[CP2K-user] [CP2K:17027] Using toolchain when installing ELPA, there is an error

Hello, everyone!
My ubuntu environment is intel mpi, and intel mkl.
I used toolchain to compile my cp2k.
I met an error:

Can you help me to solve this question?
