[CP2K-user] [CP2K:16725] Error during install

Hello! sorry for the bother, but I am running into an error during install 
and I have no idea how to fix it. as elpa is a hard dependency, I figured 
simply marking it as to skip was not valid here is the error code I get. 
the log file is empty.

ERROR: (./scripts/stage5/install_elpa.sh, line 110) Non-zero exit code 
detected.

the input I used is ./install_cp2k_toolchain.sh --gpu-ver=V100 --enable-cuda

any help/lead would be appreciated
