[CP2K-user] [CP2K:17260] compiling error

Dear CP2K users,
I am compiling the master branch of CP2K with toolchain,
Using openmpi and gcc7.5
I encountered a problem when install elpa,
Here is the error message:

Error: enclosing ‘parallel’

Error: ‘__vtab_ftimings_Timer_t’ not specified in enclosing ‘parallel’
../src/elpa1/elpa_transpose_vectors.F90:197:0:

   !$omp&       useNonBlockingCollectives)
Error: enclosing ‘parallel’
../src/elpa1/elpa_transpose_vectors.F90:233:0:
