[CP2K-user] [CP2K:16888] graphene 5x5: band structure

Good day, dear members.

I wish to ask your opinion about the attached results of band structure 
calculations
for graphene 5x5.
It seems to me that the results are not correct.
I suspect that the SeeK-Path program  flips
b1, b2 and b3 vectors of the reciprocal cell
in contrary to the path.
Specifically, the zero values for the vertical axis (since the 2D nature)
are printed in the second column in the section for the special points. 

On the other side, it is not clear to me, why the energies are down-shifted.
This may suggest some issues in the definition of the cell.
