Dear cp2k users and developers,

I'm trying to install cp2k on a cluster using the toolchain. However, some
of the packages cannot be downloaded, such as OpenBLAS-0.3.10.tar.gz and
libxc-4.3.4.tar.gz. It shows "issued certificate has expired" error. May I
ask in such cases, could I add --no-check-certificate' to the toolchain
command in order to proceed?

Example, when I try

wget https://www.cp2k.org/static/downloads/OpenBLAS-0.3.10.tar.gz
