[CP2K-user] Question about cp2k/toolchain:latest docker image

Hi Zhaoyi,

unfortunately we don't have a production Dockerfile (#621) nor do we 
publish to dockerhub (#1173) yet.

So, for the time being you'll have build the toolchain docker container 
like this:

cd cp2k/tools/toolchain
docker build -t cp2k/toolchain .
