Hi Xiaoyu,
Use a different OT preconditioner, such as FULL_ALL may be helpful.
Why do you use ATOM section for your simulation?
I thought the vdw correction should be in the DFT / XC /
VDW_POTENTIAL, but this may be not relevant to your SCF convergence
problem.
