[CP2K-user] Compilation of CP2K on Windows Server

Hello

I'm trying to compile CP2K using tutorial (
https://www.cp2k.org/howto:compile_on_windows_with_cygwin) on a server node 
with Windows Server 2012 onboard and encountered the error on the attached 
screenshot. On my home PC with Windows 10 it compiles without problems. I 
use the same Cygwin libraries and Python 3.8. Google can't say much on the 
issue, what should I do?
