[CP2K-user] Thoughts on RDFs for NPT ensemble simulations?

Thank you very much, Omar.  That looks like exactly what I need.  

However, although I have used some PBC tools through the terminal to do 
small tasks, I don't know how to create an RDF through the terminal or use 
this tool.  Do you know if there are instructions online anywhere?  Thanks 
a lot.
