Running the testsuite for all binaries

Dear Reuti,
Let's go in order. I assume that you were using the toolchain to install 
CP2K on the two clusters.
Then, the correct procedure to build CP2K should be

make ARCH=local VERSION="sopt ssmp popt" test

(see https://www.cp2k.org/dev:regtesting#step_0make_based_testing )

Could you try this command and see if it works?
