Issues with CP2K 6 and linking additional libs

I have successfully compiled CP2K and the following libraries: plumed, 
libxc, libinit, and elpa.

However, when I try to link the libraries none, but plumed, appears in the 
regstest output line:* CP2K supports:  cp2kflags:*

I've used the default .psmp arch file with a slight modification to have 
plumed and intel 17 compilers.

Did anyone encounter a similar problem?
