Long-running cp2k CUDA kernels

Hello Max,
I'm not sure I understand your point 1). Do you mean 30 minutes for a 
single kernel to run on the GPU? If so, no, we don't have such a case. We 
do matrix-matrix multiplications and there will be not enough data to run 
for 30 minutes...
