[CP2K:10035] Compile problem in fypp

Well, then my only guess is that there is something wrong during the 
compilation of the libxc-3.0, it looks some functionals are missing...
There is also something I don't understand from your message: you said that 
you are using GNU compiler, but I see the message for Intel compiler:

It looks like you are using ifort with GNU options. Could you double-check 
that?
