Not all in one file, but you can obtain copies of the relevant inputs by clicking on the links to the individual exercises e.g.

https://www.cp2k.org/exercises:2015_cecam_tutorial:mtd1 contains a link to:

http://cp2k.org/static/exercises/2015_cecam_tutorial/MTD1.tar.xz
