PLUMED output files update

Hi Luiz, 

This is a feature of Plumed.

Try adding FLUSH STRIDE=1 to the end of your Plumed input.
This will force the output to be written every step to HILLS and COLVAR. 
Normally
writing is buffered, so this forces the buffer to be flushed  regularly.
