Trouble in H2O-32.inp of tests

Well, it sounds like somehow you have a bad executable. You need to try and 
find where the problem is.

You could download a precompiled executable and see if that runs in serial, 
then try and run a serial executable you compile yourself, then move to the 
parallel case. See where things break.
