What is the meaning of the data in XRD out file?

Hi dear users and developers,
      I printed the XDR pattern, but i do not kown how to analysis the 
data, I tried jade and origin, origin can open it, I want to kown what is 
the meaning of each column in the data, and which column should i use to do 
the curve fitting?
