Precompile cp2k-3.0 version

 If you refer to precompiled 3.0 for Windows, Please follow the "How to 
use"  section in https://github.com/brhr-iwao/CP2K_for_Windows/releases.

Download cp2k 3.0.0 for windows.zip 
<https://github.com/brhr-iwao/CP2K_for_Windows/releases/download/0.0.160628/cp2k.3.0.0.for.windows.zip> 
and unzip it, then the installation is completed.
Launch Windows command prompt and change the current directory to the 
unzipped CP2K directory.
Type > cp2k.sopt -i *YourInputFileName* -o *YourOutputFileName* on the 
command prompt.
The calculation will proceed.
