output tools with pycp2k

The description for pycp2k references predefined functions for extracting 
results from the output (here <https://www.cp2k.org/tools:pycp2k>).  
Looking through the code, the only related function I could find was for 
viewing the trajectory using VMD.  Does anyone know if other extraction 
functions were developed and where they are located.
