Input file causes core dump

Hello,

The attached input file causes this error:

cp2k.sopt -i sapphirine.inp -o crypto-sapphirine.out
 CP2K| condition FAILED at line 298
 CP2K| Abnormal program termination, stopped by process number 0

In the output file I have:

 *** 10:33:46 ERRORL2 in topology_cif:read_coordinate_cif processor 0  :: 
***
 *** err=-300 condition FAILED at line 298                                
***
 ****************************************************************************
