Instability in Realtime Propagation since v2.6.0 (was working before)

Ok, as mentioned before the problem with the efield was probably a result 
of a bugfix not being backported to the 2.5 branch (not sure if the edits 
in google groups show up in the mailing list).

The delta pulse sing change also appears in revision 13923. The same place 
where the first bug appeared. I will look into it.
